We're still working on opening, but you're free to fill out an application if you like.
A good place to rp would be on Tumblr. I personally find it easier to do that than search for people on DeviantArt.
Or if you want to stick to here, submit your stuff to fan groups that accept OC art.

yes i've heard Tumblr is a good place to rp some time ill have to check it out... i've been on it a couple times and couldn't understand their set up
